About the Upland Lemon Festival

Since 1997, the Upland Lemon Festival has been a cherished tradition in Upland. What began as a simple celebration of the city’s citrus industry roots has grown into a vibrant, town wide event, taking place June 5 to 7, 2026.

Lemon Idol 2026

One of the festival’s biggest highlights, Lemon Idol 2026, presented by Ovation School for the Performing Arts. This solo vocal competition invites singers from Upland and surrounding communities to perform live on the Gazebo Stage.

Festival Activities

From thrilling attractions to community engagement, the festival is packed with activities for all ages:

1. Mechanical Bull Riding

Sign up on Friday for the Mechanical Bull Contest. The first 10 people to register before 6 pm enter free. Prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, with a grand prize of a $50 gift card and two unlimited ride wristbands.

2. Karaoke Night

Kick off the weekend at the Lemon Country Stage on Friday from 7 – 10 pm. Grab the mic and enjoy a lively night of music and fun.
